The overall planning area of the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone is 492.25 hectares, which will be developed and constructed in two phases. The development area of the first phase is 205 hectares, and the development area of the second phase is about 287.25 hectares.

The cooperation zone has completed the first phase of earth leveling, roads, water supply (drainage), sewage, electricity, communications, gas and other infrastructure construction, and it has the conditions for enterprises to settle in and build production. Complete the construction of supporting facilities such as 20,366 square meters of standard factory buildings and 3,841 square meters of office buildings. The land acquisition for the second phase of the project is basically completed, and the preparatory work for the land planning of the project is being carried out.

The "Green Soil International Industrial Center" where the cooperation zone is located has a beautiful environment, complete infrastructure and supporting service facilities. It has been equipped with water supply plants, sewage treatment plants, telecommunication centers, 150,000-volt national substations and other infrastructures, as well as Bekasi County Administrative office centers, high-end residential quarters, sports centers, playgrounds, schools, clinics, supermarkets, banks and other public service institutions provide a very good and convenient investment and living environment for settled enterprises.
