In accordance with the requirements of comprehensive prevention and control of the epidemic, China · Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Co., Ltd. has made scientific and orderly production and operation, and spared no effort to maintain the stable operation of enterprises in the zone.

First, strengthen organizational and institutional support for epidemic prevention and control. A leading group for epidemic prevention and control in the cooperation zone will be established, and specific working groups will be set up, each with its own division of labor and responsibilities. Clear specific tasks, ensure that the work does not leave a dead-end, and work together to form a joint force, a total of overcome difficulties. According to the notification requirements issued by the Guangxi Agribusiness Group of the Autonomous Region, the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, the Ministry of Commerce, the District Department of Commerce and other levels, the cooperation zone has formulated the Preplan for the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Infected Pneumonia Epidemic in the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone. The Special Notice of China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone on Relevant Issues during the Epidemic Period was issued in a timely manner, providing institutional guarantee for epidemic prevention and control.

Second, we will strengthen the management of the flow of people inside and outside China. In principle, Chinese employees are not allowed to go back to China for business or vacation. If they have already gone back to China, they are not allowed to go back to China for the time being. Temporary suspension of new Chinese staff, if necessary, must do a good job in the domestic inspection, ensure the health of the dispatch, after arriving to take necessary quarantine observation measures. During the Spring Festival, most of the Chinese employees in the cooperation zone return home to visit their relatives. Due to the outbreak, the Indonesian Foreign Ministry has requested the suspension of direct flights between China and Indonesia since 0:00 on February 5. Except for the two employees of the financial department who failed to return to Indonesia on time, all the other employees in the cooperation zone returned to Indonesia before midnight on February 5th on the premise of ensuring their health. After returning to Indonesia, these employees were strictly isolated for 14 days, and at the same time took the way of online office to deal with the company's affairs, so as to ensure the normal development of the company's work.

Third, strengthen the internal management of the cooperation zone. Strengthen health and epidemic prevention in the cooperation zone, and do a good job of epidemic prevention for people from outside the cooperation zone. We will strengthen staff management in the cooperation zone and formulate strict entry and exit rules.

Fourthly, considering a large number of Chinese-funded enterprises in the cooperative zone and the possible impact of the epidemic, the Investment Promotion Department and the Park Department should take the initiative to go deep into the enterprises, understand the actual problems and difficult needs of the investigation, and provide good service to the enterprises entering the park. Through the visit and research, we have learned that the current enterprises in the park are affected by the entry and exit control implemented by Indonesia against China during the epidemic period, and some of the employees of the companies cannot arrive on time. In addition, production and sales are affected due to the difficulties in purchasing materials from China due to the epidemic. For the projects still under negotiation, timely communication and follow-up contact should be made to reduce the negative impact of public opinion and public psychology.

Fifth, timely adjust the company's business strategy according to the actual situation, and timely adjust the personnel to ensure the financial expenses and the normal operation of the company in combination with the current situation that there is two Chinese financial staff who are not in place. The second phase of the park and other engineering projects will be well coordinated to ensure that the impact of the project will be minimized.

Sixth, strengthen contact with the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, timely and accurately report to the Embassy the relevant situation of epidemic prevention and control in the cooperation zone, accept the front-line guidance of the Embassy, formulate the scope of external publicity under the guidance of the Embassy, and cooperate with the public opinion guidance.
