Park Overview
The planned total area of the park is 4.92 million square meters, which will be developed in two phases. The first phase has a planned construction area of 2.05 million square meters (it has been put into operation), and the second phase has a planned construction area of 2.87 million square meters.
The first phase is planned to build 2.05 million square meters. Its main functions and industrial positioning are automobile parts manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, profound processing of agricultural products, building materials, storage and logistics services. The second phase is planned to build 2.87 million square kilometers, with the main functions and industrial positioning of bonded logistics, fine manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, commercial catering and hotel supporting facilities. The overall goal is to build KITIC into a modern international economic and trade cooperation zone integrating industrial production, trade, warehousing and service, and important production, supply, marketing, warehousing and distribution center for China's advantageous industries in Indonesia.
