China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Co., Ltd. Conveys and Studies the Spirit of the Inspection and Instruction Guidelines Issued by Leaders of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Guangxi Agricultural Reclamation Group
On November 4, China–Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Cooperation Zone) convened a general staff meeting to thoroughly study and convey the spirit of the remarks delivered by Wang Yuefei, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Secretary of its Party Leadership Group, as well as by Gan Chenghui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agricultural Reclamation Bureau and Party Secretary and Chairman of the Agricultural Reclamation Group, during their inspection visit to the Cooperation Zone. Drawing on a strategic perspective that encompasses the overall reform and development of Guangxi’s agricultural reclamation sector, the regional leaders and Chairman Gan Chenghui provided a precise assessment of the Cooperation Zone’s sustainable, high-quality development, while also articulating earnest expectations and specific work requirements. Their guidance has charted a clear course for the Cooperation Zone’s faster and more robust development and injected strong momentum into its ongoing progress.
On this occasion, leaders of the Autonomous Region and Chairman Gan Chenghui conducted on-site guidance at the Cooperation Zone, charting the course for its future development and injecting strong momentum into the accelerated advancement of the park. This has greatly boosted the morale of all employees, who have pledged to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the inspection and instructions delivered by the Regional leaders and Chairman Gan Chenghui, redouble their efforts, and strive diligently to achieve the goals set by the Agricultural Reclamation Group.
The meeting made specific arrangements for implementing the guiding instructions of the Autonomous Region leadership and Chairman Gan Chenghui: First, unify thinking and enhance awareness, gain a clear understanding of the development landscape, concentrate efforts on planning new developments in the Cooperation Zone, and promptly formulate an implementation plan to accelerate its development. Second, expedite the progress of the Phase I interim audit of the Cooperation Zone, thoroughly summarize the lessons learned from Phase I development, and draw valuable insights to inform Phase II development. Third, accelerate land acquisition for Phase II projects and the translation of Phase II project plans into concrete outcomes, so as to facilitate the early commencement of construction on these projects. Fourth, intensify investment promotion efforts, continuously explore and expand channels for attracting investment, closely follow up with prospective clients, strengthen project tracking and follow-up, and strive for new breakthroughs in investment promotion within a short period. Fifth, align closely with the development strategy of the secondary-level Foreign Economic Corporation, clearly define the positioning of the Cooperation Zone’s development, clarify the working approach and key priorities, and thereby propel the park onto a fast track of development. Sixth, strengthen organizational education for Party members and cadres, provide timely assistance, reminders, and critical education, so as to ensure that employees of the Cooperation Zone do not lose their commitment or dedication simply because they are working in a foreign country; through the thoughts and actions of Party members, effectively inspire other employees to perform even better for the enterprise. Fully leverage the strengths of the Party’s ideological and political work by combining rigid economic measures with flexible educational approaches, standardize all aspects of corporate management, promote corporate culture building and technological innovation, and foster a clean, upright, and conducive environment for entrepreneurship and career advancement.
