China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Co., Ltd. Conveys and Studies the Spirit of Chairman Gan Chenghui’s Inspection Instructions


On November 4, China–Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Cooperation Zone) convened a company-wide meeting for all employees to study and convey the spirit of the remarks delivered by Gan Chenghui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agricultural Reclamation Bureau, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Agricultural Reclamation Group, during his inspection of the Cooperation Zone, as well as the opinions, suggestions, and work requirements put forward by the Group’s leaders who participated in the inspection. The meeting noted that Chairman Gan Chenghui and the Group’s leaders, from the strategic perspective of the overall reform and development of Guangxi’s agricultural reclamation sector, accurately assessed the conditions for the Cooperation Zone’s sustainable, high-quality development and articulated earnest expectations and specific work requirements. Their guidance has provided clear direction and strong impetus for the zone to carry out all tasks effectively and to achieve even faster and better development.

The meeting made specific arrangements for implementing the spirit of Chairman Gan Chenghui’s instructions: First, align thinking and enhance awareness, gain a clear understanding of the current situation facing the company’s development, and concentrate resources on planning new developments in the Cooperation Zone. Second, accelerate the progress of the interim audit for Phase I of the Cooperation Zone, thoroughly summarize the lessons learned from Phase I, and draw valuable insights to inform Phase II development. Third, expedite land acquisition for Phase II projects and the translation of Phase II project plans into concrete outcomes, so as to promptly commence construction on these projects. Fourth, intensify investment promotion efforts, continuously explore new channels for attracting investment, closely follow up with prospective clients, and step up project follow-up to achieve new breakthroughs in investment promotion within a short period. Fifth, closely integrate with the development strategy of the Group’s second-tier subsidiary, China National Foreign Economic Cooperation Corporation, to map out the long-term development direction of the Cooperation Zone and seek innovative approaches to business expansion. Sixth, strengthen Party organization and education among Chinese employees, providing guidance, reminders, and critical education where necessary, to ensure that employees do not lose their commitment or sense of purpose simply because they are working abroad; through the thoughts and actions of Party members, effectively inspire other employees to perform even better for the company. Fully leverage the strengths of the Party’s ideological and political work by combining rigid economic measures with flexible educational approaches, standardizing all aspects of corporate management, promoting corporate culture building and technological innovation, and fostering a clean, upright, and conducive environment for entrepreneurship and hard work.
