On June 10, 2020, the exchange meeting on overseas security risk management under the epidemic situation and accelerating the resumption of work and production of Guangxi "going out" enterprises were successfully held hosted by the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Fan Zhiming, chairman of the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, was invited to attend the meeting and shared some experience of participating in the construction of the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone. The paper also shared the experience of overseas epidemic prevention and control based on the impact of the current global epidemic situation on Indonesia's investment and the cases of some Chinese enterprises.

During the sharing, Fan said that the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone is the first state-level comprehensive industrial park in Indonesia that integrates industrial production, storage and trade, as well as the first economic and trade cooperation zone set up by Guangxi outside China. The current achievements achieved in the development of the cooperation zone in the past ten years are mainly attributed to the following points: First, the scientific development planning during the construction of the cooperation zone actively promotes industrial aggregation; Second, strive to improve the level of supporting services to enhance the competitiveness of the park; Third, constantly strengthen the construction of talent team, committed to the cultural governance of enterprises; Fourth, establish the concept of win-win cooperation and actively fulfill corporate civil society responsibilities; Fifth, strengthen communication to make friends and learn from each other.

In this COVID-19 epidemic, the cooperative zone has taken a series of effective measures to comprehensively catch and prevent the epidemic and ensure production. While focusing on epidemic prevention, all departments in the cooperation zone visited enterprises in the park and actively contacted customers to understand the epidemic situation of enterprises, their difficulties and needs, so as to do a good job in the service work of enterprises entering the park. Up to now, the COVID-19 epidemic in Indonesia is still developing. However, thanks to effective prevention measures, there are no cases of novel coronavirus infection in the cooperative zone and its surrounding areas. The production and operation of enterprises in the zone are basically stable, the mood of workers and community people is stable, and all the work has achieved good results, reducing the impact of the epidemic to a minimum.

The conference also invited China international contractors association, KITIC insurance corporation, China construction bank, relevant experts, for foreign direct investment enterprises, foreign contracted projects, foreign labor service cooperation business enterprise overseas security risk management and interpretation of "going out" enterprise support policies, understand the basic situation of "going out" characteristics and foreign contracted projects and new business development situation, To promote the sustainable and high-quality development of "going global" in Guangxi, jointly cope with the current grim situation of foreign economic cooperation, further improve the overseas security risk control ability of "going global" enterprises in Guangxi, jointly resist the impact of the global epidemic, and accelerate the resumption of work and production.
