Foundation Launch Event for Vaccine Syringes
Enterprises Located in the China-India Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Recently Indonesia Wanjie Co., Ltd. has successfully exported disposable syringes, including auto-disable syringes (ADS), in response to requests from UNICEF and Ukraine’s IRRA, totaling 200 containers—approximately 150 million ADS syringes.

Thursday, August 26 At the export launch event for Europe and UNICEF hosted by Wan Jie Indonesia Co., Ltd., Indonesia’s Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, and Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin attended the ceremony.
Jahja Tear Tjahjana, President of Indonesian company Wan Jie, stated in an interview that this shipment of syringes not only meets UNICEF’s vaccine-administration needs but also fulfills the requirements of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, with total exports amounting to 200 containers—approximately 150 million ADS syringes—and generating total sales of US$10.5 million.
During the event, Minister Luhut highly commended Wanjie Company, stating that, as the government strives to increase domestic syringe production and usage while promoting the export of finished products, Wanjie’s current export shipment undoubtedly marks a promising start.
