(Summary description)ONEJECT Indonesia held a press conference to export vaccine syringes to Europe and UNICEF

 

In response to the needs of UNICEF and Ukraine (IRRA), PT.ONEJECT Indonesia, a company entering the park in the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, has successfully exported disposable syringes or Automatic Disabled Syringes (ADS), with a total of about 150 million ADS syringes in 200 containers.



On Thursday, August 26, PT.ONEJECT Indonesia held the export to Europe and UNICEF press conference. Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, The Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs of Indonesia and Budi Gunadi Sadikin, the Health Minister of Indonesia attended this press conference.

In an interview, Jahja Tear Tjahjana, President of ONEJECT Indonesia, said that in addition to meeting the needs of UNICEF for vaccination, the export of syringes this time also meets the needs of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The total export reached 200 containers and about 150 million ADS. Total sales amounted to 10.5 million U.S. dollars.

In this press conference, Minister Luhut highly praised ONEJECT and said that in the process of the government's efforts to increase the production and use of domestic syringes and promote the export of finished products, ONEJECT’s export has started a good beginning.



The purchase orders of UNICEF and Ukraine are an important part of Wanjie's global development. This indicates that the syringe produced in Indonesia is recognized by the world and is also one of the most important parts of UNICEF's vaccination plan.
