Head of the Cooperation Zone Attends the 2019 China Enterprise Overseas Park Investment Promotion Information Conference
On March 21–22, 2019, the head of the Cooperation Zone was invited to attend the 2019 China Enterprises Going Global Risk Conference held at the National Convention Center in Beijing, as well as the 2019 Overseas Park Investment Promotion Information Session and the Corporate Overseas Investment Negotiation Fair, among other investment promotion events. Leaders from organizations such as the Jiangtai International Cooperation Alliance, the China Association for Industrial Overseas Development, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade also attended these events.
At the 2019 Overseas Park Investment Promotion Conference, the head of the Cooperation Zone briefed attendees on the zone’s development and construction, its investment attraction efforts, and the Indonesian investment environment, effectively promoting the Cooperation Zone to companies seeking to expand overseas. During the subsequent overseas investment matchmaking session, the head of the Cooperation Zone engaged in extensive outreach and in-depth exchanges with representatives from Chinese, European, and South Korean enterprises, enabling participating companies to gain a detailed understanding of specific issues related to investing in and establishing operations within the Cooperation Zone.
The “China Enterprises Going Global Risk Conference” is held annually, organized by the Jiangtai International Cooperation Alliance and the Jiangtai Global Rescue Alliance, with strong support from the China Association for International Industrial Development and other organizations. Over the past five years, the conference has grown into the largest professional forum on Chinese enterprises’ overseas expansion hosted by non-governmental organizations in China, offering a comprehensive range of services that connect outbound companies with global service providers, foreign embassies in China, investment promotion agencies at overseas industrial parks, and other key resources. In 2019, the conference and its related events drew nearly 3,000 participants, including enterprises active in the “going global” sector both within and outside China, as well as domestic and international guests.
