A delegation led by Huang Zhiqiang, Deputy General Manager of the China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, Conducts a Fact-Finding Visit to the China–Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone

On April 13, a delegation led by Huang Zhiqiang, Deputy General Manager of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, visited the Cooperation Zone for an inspection. The delegation included Chen Yang, General Manager of the Trade Insurance Underwriting Department and concurrently General Manager of the Export Special Risk Underwriting Department; Zhao Zheng, Assistant General Manager of the International Affairs Department; Chen Jichao, Deputy Director of the Policy Division of the Trade Insurance Underwriting Department; and Xie Longhai, Head of the Indonesia Task Force, among others.
The delegation conducted on-site inspections of the industrial park and its resident enterprises, and held a symposium with representatives from the Cooperation Zone and from the enterprises. During the symposium, Fan Zhiming, Chairman of the Cooperation Zone, and Chen Feixia, General Manager, provided a detailed briefing to the delegation on the park’s development history, planning, investment promotion efforts, and demand for export credit insurance. Zhang Xuefeng, Chairman of China XD Sko Co., Ltd., one of the park’s resident enterprises, along with Vice President Liu Shaowei and Fang Shihua, Chairman of Earth Steel, also shared their respective companies’ experiences in developing operations in Indonesia, their production status, and their financing and loan arrangements. The enterprise representatives expressed their need for in-depth consultations on credit guarantees and financial resource services, and expressed their hope for continued support from China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation.
Huang Zhiqiang stated that the China–Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone has established an excellent platform for Chinese enterprises “going global,” and expressed the hope that Sinosure will further strengthen communication and cooperation with the zone and the Chinese companies operating within it. He emphasized the need for Sinosure to provide comprehensive services in credit management, risk protection, and advisory services to support Chinese enterprises’ overseas expansion, tailor risk-control measures to individual companies, comprehensively mitigate both commercial and political risks, and thereby promote the sound development of Chinese firms operating abroad.
