The company has continuously deepened its engagement in the Indonesian market, and the China–Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “China–Indonesia Cooperation Zone”), which it has developed and constructed, has become an important strategic fulcrum for China–ASEAN economic and trade cooperation. Looking ahead, Guangxi State-Controlled will focus on areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and modern agriculture, striving to precisely align Guangxi’s technological and industrial strengths with Indonesia’s market resources within the China–Indonesia Cooperation Zone to foster cluster-based development. Following the development model of “R&D in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou + integration in Guangxi + application in ASEAN,” the company aims to contribute its capabilities to optimizing the cross-border industrial value chain between China and Indonesia. All parties commended Guangxi State-Controlled’s achievements and concurred that Guangxi enjoys unique locational advantages, strong industrial complementarity with Indonesia, and vast potential for cooperation. They expressed the expectation that Guangxi State-Controlled will continue to leverage its platform strengths, further deepen and expand practical bilateral cooperation, and inject momentum into the building of a closer China–Indonesia community with a shared future.

During their stay in Indonesia, Liu Xin held talks with Mr. Muktar Widjaja, Executive Director and CEO of Sinar Mas Land. The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange of views on accelerating the construction of Phase II of the China–Indonesia Cooperation Zone and reached important consensus on expanding cooperation across multiple sectors.
