[Guangxi State-Control Information] Open Cooperation | Liu Xin Meets with Head of China Railway Fourth Group


On March 10, Liu Xin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guangxi State-Controlled Investment Group, met with a delegation led by Liu Bo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Railway Fourth Bureau Group, which was visiting. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on such areas as joint Party building initiatives, modern agriculture, health industry, cultural tourism, infrastructure for the food industry, and industrial synergy. Xu Yaoliang, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Fourth Bureau Group and Commander of the Central-South Regional Command, and Lin Sen, Deputy General Manager of Guangxi State-Controlled Investment Group, also attended the meeting.

Liu Xin provided an overview of Guangxi State-Controlled Investment Co., Ltd., noting that the company is advancing asset integration and market-oriented reform. Leveraging overseas industrial parks such as the China–Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, Guangxi State-Controlled is promoting industrial upgrading and greater opening-up, with a focus on developing national-level industrial parks and establishing platforms for industrial cooperation with ASEAN. At the same time, the company is accelerating its “going global” initiatives in the agricultural sector and exploring the establishment of overseas production bases. In addition, Guangxi State-Controlled is making strategic investments and deployments in areas such as scientific research and innovation, regional financial support, strategic emerging industries, urban renewal, and commercial operations. The company expresses its hope that China Railway Fourth Group will fully engage in and support the development of Guangxi State-Controlled’s related industries, forge a long-term cooperative relationship, achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, and contribute to Guangxi’s economic and social development.

Liu Bo outlined the company’s recent development and its overseas projects, stating that the company will seize opportunities to upgrade its services and elevate the scope and depth of mutual cooperation. By capitalizing on the national policy that encourages Chinese enterprises to expand globally, the company will leverage Guangxi’s advantageous geographic location as a key hub for extending cooperation into Southeast Asia and explore joint initiatives for going global. Based on actual cooperation needs, the company will establish a timely and convenient communication mechanism to provide prompt support and services, thereby further deepening subsequent collaboration and achieving greater mutual benefits and shared development for both parties.

Heads of relevant departments and subsidiaries from both sides attended the symposium.
