On July 12, 2019, PT. Solusi Medikal Aparatus Regional Teknikal Global Indonesia (PT.SMART.G.I.) officially signed a plant lease agreement with the Cooperative Zone. Mr. Chen Yuping, chairman of the board of Prisstar (Changzhou) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. and the person in charge of the cooperation zone attended the signing ceremony.

PT.SMART.G.I. is an Indonesian company invested by Chinese company Jiangsu Prieststar Medical Device Co., Ltd. It is the first Chinese medical device company approved by the Indonesian government. Huang Dong, director of Priusstar, said Indonesia is the fourth largest medical market in the world and has a very promising future. Currently, there is a shortage of medical equipment in Indonesia. PT.SMART.G.I. will take root in Indonesia, establish its own brand and sales channel, and radiate to ASEAN and countries along the "One Belt And One Road".

It is understood that the major shareholder of PT. Smart.G.I. is Presistar (Changzhou) Medical Instrument Co., Ltd., which is a comprehensive enterprise with research, development, production and sales of abdominal surgery, uroporectal surgery and minimally invasive surgical instruments. According to the plan of PT. Smart G, the first phase of PT. Smart G will be built into a professional medical equipment manufacturing factory with an area of more than 3,000 square meters, with a 100,000-class sterile workshop of 1,500 square meters and a laboratory of 150 square meters according to international standards. The second phase will invest and build a factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters, and introduce Chinese medical enterprises such as orthopedic products, medical cosmetology, medical equipment and medical consumables into the Indonesian market. PT. Smart G is committed to building an excellent high-tech medical technology industry platform for China in Indonesia.

Under the "One Belt And One Road" initiative of China, Pt.
